Senior Performance Analyst London City Ł45,000 - Ł55,000 The Performance and Client Reporting Team are responsible for calculating and verifying performance and benchmarks for London managed products and clients. Other performance functions include Balanced Fund Attribution, Ex Post Risk Statistics, Composite Maintenance, GIPS Verification and Competitor Reporting. The team is also responsible for compiling and producing monthly and quarterly investment reports for Institutional Clients. The standard report includes asset allocation data, a breakdown of the fund and benchmark performance, together with commentary highlighting specific areas, an outlook for the markets and a strategy summary. It may also include an overview of corporate Governance and SRI Reporting as well as attribution and risk analysis. Become the technical expert within the Performance function of the team; Train team members and educate other business areas within the company; Work with manager to raise overall standards across the team and enhance service level provided to clients, test and implement new products into day to day performance requirements, implement high profile non standard client requirements, understanding of Industry Best Practice and Methodologies. Extensive experience in performance including: Derivatives, Currency Overlay, Attribution, Ex-Post Risk Statistics & GIPS, good understanding of valuations, pricing, corporate actions, income, attention to detail, ability to cope under pressure, multi task, apply lateral solutions and show flexibility during busy periods.
