A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a corporate Accountancy firm based in the City for an Administration Assistant within a department of mixed ages.

Working within a large team of well established and long standing members of the company you will be assisting the Office Manager and Facilities Manager on a day to day basis with the following tasks:

* Updating spreadsheets
* Co-ordinate any travel bookings for the department
* Ensure the filing is up to date
* Raise purchase orders for office supplies
* Monitor cold caller messages
* General administrative work
* Cover the switchboard in times of holiday, sickness, lunch time (20% of the role)

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator with a background in either a professional services or blue chip organisation. You must have done a varied admin role, not just filing, faxing and photocopying and have a proactive and 'can do' attitude. The ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision is key to this role and you must be able to be an effective team member with excellent organisational and communication skills.
