Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial and pragmatic HR solutions, delivered through strong working relationships with appointed functional areas. Work in partnership with functional areas to plan and manage growth requirements in line with business plan and budget constraints, putting in place effective resourcing plans to support this and ensuring that diversity and inclusion best practice is fully integrated in all activities. Lead on the implementation of central' HR activities for appointed functional areas including organisation design, new policy and practice roll out, embedding performance review processes and reward management and other projects as requested. Work with the HR Business Partner team to ensure that all HR Operations processes and ways of working are consistently rolled out and communicated across the organisation. Work with the HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR administration, systems and audit controls are maintained to consistently high standards. Support the employee engagement programme by behaving as a role model and working with appointed functional areas to embed organisation culture in line with our vision and values. Provide quality coaching, support and HR expertise to line managers on all people matters, tailored to the needs of each functional area A trusted and valued member of both the HR team and functional area teams who always behaves with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
