Back of House Trainer

Our client a leading restaurant chain is looking for a Back of House Trainer for the South to join their thriving and rapidly growing team.

This exciting opportunity reports to the Learning & Development Manager and will be working closely with the Regional Trainer for the South and developing training for food safety, succession planning and upskilling management teams with the back of house staff.

The role is a mix of design and delivery and the successful candidate must have both hospitality and training experience at this level. The role involves regional travel so the candidate must be happy to spend some nights way from home.

Salary circa 30K ?5 ,200 car allowance.
