A unique opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join a well respected Fashion retailer as a Resourcing Officer. This is a fantastic time to join this large Blue Chip Retailer in a brand new and exciting position.
The role has been created to support all aspects of resourcing within the company and creating a dedicated response to all resourcing matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with divisions, identifying new vacancies and managing the full recruitment process
Manage assessment centres by utilising the recruitment tools
Build relationships with key clients including both internal and external
Be the first port of call for all resourcing needs across divisions
The successful candidate will have the autonomy and breadth to contribute to the recruitment initiatives, as well as having the opportunity to progress their career within the team. Ideally you will have the ability to adapt to suit individual needs and solid recruitment experience in a retail environment.
