Back of House Hospitality Trainer

A market leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry is looking for a Back of House Trainer to join there expanding company.

Due to there success they have newly created this role to support the Learning and Development Manager in all areas of back of house training. As a Trainer you will be involved in a spectrum of training from food safety to upskilling individuals and you will also be implementing succession planning for the back of house teams. The suitable candidate would have solid hospitality experience and have the ability to demonstrate back of house training.

If you have the capability to build relationships across levels and able to travel around the South and inside the M25 then this could be the role for you. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to ?30 ,000 ?5200 car allowance and excellent training and development opportunities.
