Head of Community Finance

A high profile financial services organisation seeks a Head of Finance for their community investment division.

Reporting to the Global Head of Community Investment this will be a high profile role, both diverse and challenging in its responsibilities which will include:

• Full cost centre management for all investment expenditure running into tens of millions
• Preparation of papers for Global Partnership Committee meetings, including detailed financial analysis
• Liaising with finance teams at an individual and country level to collate and maintain quarterly reporting on investment spend
• Being involved in contract negotiations around investment spend
• Supporting the remaining roll-out of global MIS systems
• Internal Stakeholder management including; CIO, Legal, Risk, and Community Teams
• Developing and evolving a robust reporting and evaluation framework for the global investment programme

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to gain insight into, or further your interest in the realm of corporate responsibility. The successful candidate will need exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills. This should also be coupled with a strong interest in community activity and knowledge of community programme evaluation. Financial Services experience is not required.
