Marketing/Communications Manager - End User Tech
Sales and Marketing
I am looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager - End User Technology Strategy for my leading international banking client. The role entails internal marketing of end user technology to the employees.

Responsibilities:
Branding
Aim is to create a 'buzz' around the products and services that are offered within the bank
Form a common brand that sends a simple and clear message of what we want to achieve and how we are going to enhance the end user experience

Marketing
Develop a product marketing template and plan that can be consistently applied to both existing and new products
Explore innovative ways of how to market utilizing current channels in the bank
How do we create End User Services 'evangelists' both within the technology organization and more importantly within the business lines
Communications
Analyse current communication channels and methods to highlight both strengths and weaknesses
Develop a re-usable communications plan that is integrated with and supportive of the branding and marketing objectives

Specific Skills/Values Required :
Strong track record of 'marketing strategy and change' in a variety of industries
Good understanding of how technology can benefit the End User
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Team player: communicating and co-operating closely with other technology and business colleagues
