*FORK LIFT LICENCE PREFERRED - REACH/COUNTER BALANCE*
IMMEDIATE START
ROLE:
To ensure all furniture is picked, allocated and put in the correct location within agreed SLA's
To ensure all items are quality checked to company standards and any failures recorded and reported to the Stock Controller for system adjustment
To analyse failed quality checked items and make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor for escalation
To proactively ensure that all paperwork for company & any third party couriers are received and prepared within agreed times ready for loading
To ensure all items being delivered are quality checked prior to dispatch and labels have the correct information
To take ownership and responsibility for any stock discrepancies, QC issues, mislabelling and see through to resolution whilst informing appropriate managers of the issues and outcome
To ensure all put away for all departments is properly recorded and passed to stock control
To ensure shop replenishment/refresh lists are collected from the warehouse administrator and passed to the picking team within agreed timescales
To ensure the picking team accurately pick all replenishment/refresh stock and complete the necessary paperwork
To ensure you are aware of any delays in processing and take corrective actions
To monitor staff performance, absence, lateness and day to day productivity and address any shortfalls immediately
To manage departmental budgets and staff resource
To ensure the handling of all stock is carried out professionally and with care and all damage reported to the Warehouse Manager immediately
To keep working area organised and tidy
To ensure all health and Safety procedures are followed at all times and any accidents are reported immediately to the Warehouse Manager
To proactively assist other departments as necessary
Any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
