Commercial Contracts Director

An extremely pivotal and highly visible role in an IT Services/Solutions company to lead a team within one of their most successful sectors in the UK. You will be a seasoned and established Commercial Director with demonstrable experience of creating, leading and developing complex IT Services and BPO agreements within the Government arena to shape deals utilising your understanding of Legal, HR, Finance and Business/Project modus operandi as well as being able to interpret and interrogate complex financial models in addition to risk identification, mitigation and assessment - overall, advising and recommending to the business the optimum position that can be achieved.

You will have experience of leading/managing multi-disciplined teams, a good delegator and mentor an articulate business individual with excellent communication skills with the drive to succeed and the ambition to develop your career further.
