*Lead operational delivery for Global Core MBA program in EALA (LBS and INSEAD) *Act as Single Point of Contact for MC Recruiting Leads, MC business leads, Recruiting SE Sponsors and Recruiting Select Teams in relevant area/GUs *Provide operational leadership for relevant MC Area, including regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements, leadership communications, and operational assistance to MC Recruiting leads in relevant Area/GUs *Lead special initiatives based on business priorities (ex. Provide on the ground operational support for local MC recruiting team in need, undertake competitive benchmarking analysis, assessment analysis, etc)
Key responsibilities include: Operational Leadership *End to end responsibility for MC recruitment at LBS and INSEAD *Partner with relevant MC Recruiting Leads to ensure best practice recruitment in place in all relevant GUs, meeting quality, delivery, supply/demand balancing aspirations *Ensure appropriate engagement of RSTs and SE Sponsors to meet/exceed recruiting aspirations *Identify and address any roadblocks to operational success Overall *Help rebuild reputation to a top 5 choice for candidates who are exploring a career in consulting *Lead special initiatives based on business priorities
