Growing recruitment/headhunting firm are looking to hire an ambitious, bright and self-motivated & hard-working individual to slot into an expanding team. You will be working for an industry recognised world leader in niche markets and building up business knowledge as well as sales skills will be part of your structured progress. Your role will be primarily phone based research, speaking to Banks, Energy Companies & Consultancies as well as smaller innovative firms across the industry. Once you have proven yourself in this area you will quickly be able to develop into speaking to and qualifying candidates for live mandates from global clients. Once you have proven yourself as a resourcer you will receive training in all aspects of recruitment in a meritocratic and supportive environment where you can expect exceptional earnings potential.
