German Speaking Client Services Executiv

A leading financial information company is looking for a German speaking Client Services Executive. The role will be working in the European Business Unit dealing with all queries from clients based in the UK and Continental Europe.

The successful candidate must have:

Minimum 6 to 12 months experience preferably within a fund management client service environment, supporting European based clients at different management levels
Excellent German Business language
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Office *****
First class communication and interpersonal skills
Database entry skills. Knowledge of Goldmines database a distinct advantage
Knowledge of the Securities Industry


The role will involve:
Operating the Client Services Help Desk, dealing with general business enquiries, operational and data questions and service technical questions
The Client Services Executive will liase with other members of the company where necessary and will escalate problems to the Head of Client Services
Co-ordinating the dissemination of information regarding new products and services and enhancements to their clients
Evaluate enquiries and pass potential sales enquiries to the Sales Department, or other relevant departments
Enter new client details onto the customer sales and account management system and ensure that details are up to date and accurate at all times
Retrieval of data for ad-hoc data sales
