| The Hedge Fund Services team at this leading US investment bank supports external hedge funds clients who have contracted for prime brokerage and operational services. %0D%0A%0D%0ADue to planned expansion in the client base, a need has arisen for a qualified accountant to join the group. %0D%0A%0D%0AThe team is currently comprised of a small dedicated group of analysts who have responsibility for the profit %26 loss, risk analysis and reporting, as well as the reconciliation of Front and Back Office systems.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe succesful individual will be required to%3A%0D%0AResolve ad-hoc queries from clients and internal teams (including the Taxation and Operations area ammongst other business groups)%3B%0D%0AWork to assist in the calculation of Net Asset Values and share prices on a regulare basis%3B%0D%0AProduce high quality financial analysis information on a regular basis%3B%0D%0AProduce monthly reports for Clients, Investors and Fund Administrators%3B%0D%0ACommunicate closely and effectively with senior managers and peers on a regular basis%3B%0D%0AAd Hoc Project work.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe clients supported by the Hedge Fund Middle Office trade a variety of products including%3A%0D%0AExchange Traded Futures and Options%3B%0D%0AInterest Rate Swaps, FRAs and Options%3B%0D%0AExotic Interest Rate Swaps%3B%0D%0AForeign Exchange and FX Options%3B%0D%0AGovernment Bonds and Repos.%0D%0A%0D%0AExposure to these products is essential, as is a recognised accountancy qualification (CA,CIMA,ACCA,ACA,CPA) and a flexible and dynamic approach to work! |
