Investment Banking - Derivative Sales Trainee ?20,000 Base + Annual Bonus (?65k - Year 1 OTE) Our client is requiring someone to support the Derivate Sales desk; covering corporate clients across EMEA. We are looking for a highly motivated graduate who wants to accelerate their career in the world of Investment Banking. Your Main responsibilities include Assisting the Corporate Derivatives Sales Team for EMEA markets including: ?Indicative pricing for clients ?Understand the Markets and identifying core areas through extensive research ?Maintaining accurate reports/statistics/data for the use of the team ?Preparing Derivative Sales transactions ?Modeling a researching bespoke derivative products to pitch to clients ?Preparing Sales Report for Senior Management ?Liaise between MD of Corporate Sales and COO forecasting group P&L ?Keeping track of and participating conference calls, meetings and taking/circulating necessary minutes ?Helping organise client events and sales conferences for wide spectrum of investors ?Other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as necessary Level of authority ?You will be a Junior Sales Manager working under the supervision of successful sales manager with extensive experience in the space You will be dealing with: ?Trading Managers ?Marketing Managers ?Sales Relationship Managers ?CFO's/CEO's/COO's from a wide range of clients ?IT and Infrastructure Teams ?Market Analysts, Structurer's & Risk Managers Education ?Strong A-Levels ?A strong degree in any discipline - motivation and methodology is more important. Preferred Past experience (not essential) ?Business to Business Sales ?Cold Telesales ?Financial Markets Exposure or Understanding ?If you don't have these qualities you should be very motivates and have the ability to pick up new concepts. Languages ?Fluent English is essential, other languages are ideal but In no way necessary.
