The HR Department has a team of 17 and is centrally based in London. Key Areas Of Responsibilities 1)Provide general administrative support to HR Manager who supports a client base of approximately *****employees. This will include the following: Preparing employment contracts for new starters Processing of administration associated with employees starting, leaving and transferring departments Maternity leave administration Preparing payroll forms and updating the HR database Inductions for new starters Season ticket applications Booking temporary cover when required for departments Filing 2)Recruitment of support staff 3)Ad hoc projects as and when required e.g. Pay review, bonus and promotion process Graduate recruitment Work experience programme 4)Diary Management for HRM - organising meetings and interviews 5)Answering the telephone for HRM - answering and fielding calls where appropriate Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required 1-2 years experience of working in a HR Department Ideally working towards CIPD qualification/ MA in Human Resources Word - intermediate Excel - basic/intermediate would be desirable PowerPoint - basic Experience of using HR databases ideally Rebus Behavioural skills: Enjoys communicating and client liaison Good interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are meet Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team Confident and assertive where required Sociable and outgoing |
