| HR ADVISOR (TECHNICAL SERVICES) - £27-30k
Job Purpose To contribute effectively across the entire Human Resources spectrum to meet the business needs of the Technical Services business unit and the company. Key Result Areas 1)To manage Technical Services key accounts to meet business needs. 2)To provide advice and support to line managers across the whole range of personnel and training policies and procedures. 3)To advise managers on employee relations and employment law. 4)To advise on implementation of Performance Management. 5)To liase with Line Managers on job descriptions and benchmarking process. 6)To provide a complete recruitment and selection service to meet business needs including new acquisitions. 7)To design and implement human resources policies and procedures to meet business needs, including new acquisitions. Essential Qualifications/Experience • Relevant Degree or CIPD Qualified. • 3-5 years generalist HR experience gained at Advisor level. • Employment law expertise including TUPE (TUPE an advantage_ • Experience of working with unions. • Willingness to travel Internationally • Possession of a current full driving licence |
