If so, look no further than this unique position within this large global market research agency. This industry-renowned Training and Development team are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to take on a variety of responsibilities including: producing a programme of courses for the Directory published three times per year; scheduling, organising and promoting training courses; departmental communications and promotional activities; co-writing the Board Report and maintaining and improving department databases and the online booking site. The Training Coordinator will also be expected to work with staff across all divisions to identify and provide solutions for training needs in line with business objectives. The successful candidate will be outgoing with a good sense of humour. They will have excellent organisational skills and will be able to think through problems and processes methodically and sensibly. They will have the ability to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a team whilst managing their own projects and time effectively. They will also demonstrate excellent communications skills including the ability to write clear, structured messages to communicate information effectively. Ideally you will be a graduate with at least two years’ work experience within a similar role or industry. Experience of the training process, including identifying training needs, the design and delivery of training programmes and the evaluation of training programmes would be advantageous.
