| We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator with at least two years Training and Development Admin experience.
This role is working for a prestigious Investment bank and previous experience within a similar organisation would be highly preferred. key responsibilities include Sourcing training requirements from business areas : Research courses using the internet and brochures Liaising with trainees to ensure the course meets the objectives Completing all course administration : Raising Purchase Orders on PO Database Booking the course with the Training Supplier Changing status of PO Informing delegates of course bookings Sending Joining Instructions where necessary Sending email reminders Collecting feedback about courses taken Setting up new suppliers where necessary Inputting all course onto Training Database Filing details of bookings Working with OHR teams to co-ordinate the annual graduate recruitment programme Administering psychometric and ability tests (if qualified to do so) Co-ordinating induction programme : Sending Invites to new starters Coordinating with trainers Making bookings for FSA courses and exams: Raising Purchase Orders for courses/exams Booking courses/exams Inputting bookings into Database Liasing with Compliance Co-ordination of internal training programmes Marketing the Training courses: Writing messages that are sent to all employees by email Help in design and creation of brochures, posters and materials where necessary Sending direct marketing emails regarding courses Assisting with completion of Permanent Supervision reporting Liaising with compliance, accounting, security, central services, OHRs and HR on a regular basis |
