| Are you looking to get out of recruitment and develop a career in human resources? If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter from an agency background to join a city firm as the in-house recruiter.
Working with the HR Manager you will take a leading role in the recruitment of fee earning and support staff as well as graduate recruitment. They are looking for someone who will help improve and develop their recruitment methods in order to attract top quality candidates. This will involve being the main point of contact for agencies, researching the overseas market, attending recruitment fairs, working with the marketing department to produce effective advertising. You will be carrying out first interviews, short listing candidates and providing coaching and support to recruiting Managers and Partners. Experience of accountancy recruitment is essential. You will also need a knowledge of recruitment employment law, some experience of graduate recruitment, good interpersonal skills, MS Office skills and the ability to build strong relationships with agencies. You should be educated to A level or above and be willing to progress in an HR Career. The company will support your future training to attain CIPD if desired. |
