You must have demonstrated recruitment experience It is essential that you are available to start work within the next few weeks Previous HR Admin experience HR Recruitment Officer. 90% Recruitment / Resourcing in this role. The individual's time will be initially be about 90% devoted to providing that support. The role is likely to shift towards working on the whole range of PeopleCentre services. The Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas: Resourcing (initially about 90%) Establishing and maintaining relationships with key line contacts in London; Delivering high quality operational recruitment support, ensuring that the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail Managing e-recruitment system and providing training for line managers; Deputising for the London Resourcing advisor when appropriate; Involvement in the screening of CVs to agreed screening criteria; Liaison with candidates and the line throughout the recruitment process; Liaison with the various HR teams regarding new joiners in London on a timely basis; Working with third party suppliers to ensure that they are delivering their service to an acceptable standard and in line with our operating requirements; Participation in local and national projects taking responsibility for the delivery of specific areas of work under supervision; Ensuring that new processes and developments are implemented on a timely basis and promoted effectively with the client base; Responsibility for the collection and analysis of data for reporting purposes and ensuring that the data presented is accurate. This will include the use of Excel to analyse manpower information. People Centre (initially about 10%) Working, as required, on core HR processes, e.g. onboarding; leavers, PeopleSoft maintenance, transfers, secondments etc. The Person Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Some experience of working in a resourcing or HR administrator role; Experience of working as part of a team delivering a high quality service to clients; Experience of dealing with agencies; Working knowledge of word, PowerPoint, peoplesoft Working knowledge of excel required.
