| Senior HR Advisor (Assistant Director level)
INVESTMENT BANKING-(EQUITIES ARENA) TEMP TO PERM SALARY: £NEG (MARKET RATE) Job purpose: 1. To provide full HR advisory service to Global Equity population. 2. HR Project work in support of Global Equities. Main Deliverables: ~Co-ordination of annual compensation review working closely with both client group and Compensation team. ~Proactive resolution of all employee relations issues. ~Management of selection process, liaison with search firms, internal co-ordination of approvals processes, job posting and interviewing. ~Negotiation of and provision of advice regarding compensation packages for new hires and existing staff. ~Co-ordination of annual and mid-year performance appraisal process. Management of objective setting in accordance with relevant performance contracts. ~Provision of advice on career development and co-ordination of succession planning for client groups. ~Co-ordination of all international transfers with the business, local HR colleagues in other countries and the Expat centre. ~Confirmation that compliance and regulatory obligations are satisfied specifically in relation to N2 requirements. In addition you will work with the Global Human Resources Advisor on co-ordination, implementation and roll out of HR projects globally across Equities eg. Performance ManagemenT. Candidate Profile: ~Strong HR advisory skills and proven experience of managing successful client relationships. ~Strong knowledge of the UK labour market and UK employment law. ~Experience of financial services sector - preferably within investment banking. ~Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior HR role. ~Committed team player with strong customer service ethos. ~Well developed communication and interpersonal skills. ~Preferably with a business related degree. |
