They need a Server Support Analyst. Working within a highly experienced 24/7 shift based team of technical analysts, you are responsible for the speedy resolution for all client infrastructure issues. Your first class technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills coupled with a talent for client communication and rapport building will give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge across a broad range of technical environments whilst enjoying the culture of a highly motivated and vibrant team environment. To excel in this environment it is likely that you will have demonstrable experience from within an Enterprise Windows *****/3 environment with hands on skills in IIS, AD & DNS. Familiarity of Windows clustering & load balancing, Veritas, Cisco and VMWare would be a plus but is not necessary as training will be provided for you!!
