Our Client are a successful IT and Telecommunications company offering a range of innovative products and services to companies throughout the UK.

They are seeking bright, enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Analysts to join our helpdesk team.

You'll need to have experience with all Windows OS's including Windows Server *****, Win XP as well as general email troubleshooting (SMTP/POP), basic TCP/IP & network troubleshooting, network printers, remote desktop etc.

You should have excellent problem solving abilities and hands on experience in this type of role is absolutely essential, You should also enjoy multitasking and of course like solving problems.

There will be a high level of continuous training for you to develop your understanding of our innovative products and grow in your ability to support some of the latest technologies on the market.
