London c£35,000 DOE Providing one of the most innovative mobile network engineering solutions available on the market, our client provides cutting edge, real-time applications that are helping many leading mobile operators provide the best services to their customers. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic C++ Developer / GUI Developer to join them. Joining an enthusiastic team, as a C++ Developer / GUI Developer you will contribute to various Windows programming projects using Visual C++. Working closely with others, you will be involved in a range of pioneering projects, where you’ll create and maintain a suite of products for use in the telecommunications industry. This role will involve a high degree of travel to Italy and the USA, initially spending 2-3 months in Italy/US and then with the opportunity to work remotely from home. As a C++ Developer / GUI Developer you will be responsible for developing new code, debugging, testing and documenting through the software development lifecycle of cutting edge applications Essential to your success in this opportunity will be your programming experience in C++. Degree educated (or equivalent), you will also need an excellent command of written and spoken English, and the following: - Strong C programming skills - Experience with Windows API programming - Experience with Windows MFC programming Although not essential, any of the following would be beneficial to our client: - Knowledge of telecom technologies - Experience with Subversion - Experience with XML and/or SOAP To apply for the role of C++ Developer / GUI Developer, please simply send your CV and a covering letter via the button shown.
