The individual will be responsible for a team of approximately 5 Data Analysts and Developers. To manage the Data Operations Group effectively so they meet their objectives To be responsible to the Development Manager, Market and Enterprise Data Group for the data quality (Timeliness, Accuracy, Completeness), and delivery of new data projects Ensure that Data Operations Group undertakes their tasks and meets their commitments, in line with the overall priorities Act as an expert in all matters data (including technical content and systems) Design and enforce data operations procedures to ensure data quality Manage data cleansing/data addition projects Act as second line support to helpdesk queries Support sales desk with pre sales enquiries Support brokerage with data enquiries and manage liaison with the broker desks Coordinate with NY based team. |
