Responsible for maintaining data that is essential to the department.

Below is a detailed description of the work that will be undertaken at the outset, with the view that additional responsibilities will be assumed as the role grows and develops.
Weekly
and# *****; Download from Property Management System (APB) schedule of Clients and Properties to identify new and amended records.
and# *****; Review and Improve Data information with Directors and Managers, namely to identify:
and# *****; Occupancy
and# *****; Use
and# *****; Area
and# *****; Manager
and# *****; Full Property Address
and# *****; Change in Property Status
and# *****; Add electronically new/revised information to Master Database and validate
and# *****; Update Organisation Chart with Client and Staff Changes
Monthly
and# *****; Undertake Audit of Corporate Job List against Master Database, essentially:
and# *****; Check new Clients added
and# *****; Sample Check New / old Properties correctly updated
and# *****; Sample Check % of existing properties
and# *****; Preparation of Marketing Statistics
and# *****; Collation of Main data to summary level
and# *****; Download additional data as required from APB and assist in preparation of information using Excel
and# *****; Prepare data for provision of Key Performance Indicators
and# *****; Assist in collation of information for month end Finance Reporting
and# *****; Co-ordination and preparation of other management information, namely:
and# *****; Exception Reports an– Health and Safety , Environmental
and# *****; Out Of Hours Database
and# *****; Property Inspection Dates
and# *****; Staff Contacts etc
Skills: Essential A thorough understanding of how to manage data using MS Excel Data Tables and how data can be cleansed, manipulated using either formulae/ filters and sort functions. A working knowledge will be required of the following example formulae types:
and# *****; VLOOKUP
and# *****; IF (True / False) and multiple nested functions
and# *****; ROUND
and# *****; COUNT
and# *****; TEXT / VALUE
and# *****; TRIM
Likewise previous use of Charts, Pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting will be required.
