Excellent opportunity working for a recruitment services company with offices based in Hammersmith and Westminster.

The role is to provide helpdesk and up to 2nd line pro-active support for 80 people in the business across 3 locations in Central London and 1 location in East Midlands. With excellent personal growth prospects this position would suit someone who has remained helpdesk focused and is looking at a more client facing role with project work.

Duties:
- Solely supporting the helpdesk and call logging and providing quick and efficient resolutions to all technology related problems up to 2nd line support.

- Producing reports as and when requested by the IT Manager on all helpdesk and system related issues.

- Supporting desktop and server environment both locally and remotely

- Assisting with the installation, moves and changes to PCan’s

- To be involved in any ad hoc projects as and when required

KNOWLEDGE (include technical knowledge):
Essential:
Windows XP Pro, Win 2k Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange *****, Office XP, helpdesk software, LAN/WAN/TCPIP appreciation and windows NT4 and *****

Desirable:
MS SQL2000, MCP (win *****),PABX, Programming, MCSE (win2000)
