| My client is a successful independent recruitment consultancy, specializing in all office, finance and science positions on both temporary and permanent positions.
An opportunity has arisen for an IT Recruitment Systems Training Manager, who has experience using recruitment software packages ‘Recruit’ and ‘Trisys’ to assist with the implementation and development of the package, training of staff and troubleshooting issues. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with transferring of Data from ‘Recruit’ to ‘Trisys’ • Training staff and new starters on ‘Trisys’ • Fixing any problems that may occur while using ‘Trisys’ • Hosting regular training sessions for staff to increase their knowledge of ‘Trisys’ • Assisting with general recruitment • Implementing policies and procedures surrounding ‘Trisys’ The ideal candidate would have previous recruitment experience and would therefore have an understanding of what information is required when transferring data from ‘Recruit’ and ‘Trisys’. Experience in training staff is also a distinct advantage as this role revolves around training staff and gradually increasing their knowledge of new IT systems, along with advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
