They are looking for a Graduate plus with management skills who has the ability to take a broad view of the business and get involved in all aspects from the day to day management to building for the future. The areas in which you will get involved include Team Bulding and supervision, Staff Resoursing, Training, Evaluation, Project Planning, Scheduling and Fulfillment, Technology Evaluation, Business Support and Technical Support. You should ideally have a Business or Technology degree. Your man management skills / potential will be vital as will your business acumen, commitment and ambition for both yourself and the company. |
