Central London SE1 £25,000 - £28,000 DOE + Benefits An opportunity to further your financial career aspirations has arisen. Working in the financial sector, our client needs an IT Support Analyst to provide an efficient email and telephone support service to their valuable Private Equity customers. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for: - logging support issues from clients - analysis and documentation of issues - liaison with clients to clarify issues - providing explanations and resolutions to clients - monitoring, managing and progressing issues - liaison with technical and implementation staff to progress issues. You will use software modules that extend across all Private Equity business requirements including CRM, Investment Monitoring, Portfolio & Fund Accounting & Administration, and Financial Accounting. To succeed as an IT Support Analyst you will have experience of providing support within an accounting/finance software environment, and the ability to efficiently analyse complex business processes and software. With your excellent inter-personal skills, as the IT Support Analyst you must also be quick to learn as you will be expected to gain a solid understanding of the software applications from both a technical and functional perspective. It would be advantageous to our client if you possess experience in a Private Equity environment and some knowledge of SQL Query Analyser and databases.
