London, N1 c£20,000 Our client has facilities throughout the world, strategically positioned to provide a global visual brand communications production service across a comprehensive range of marketing media. They offer a complete spectrum of graphic imaging services for the production of advertising, promotional and packaging, and interactive multimedia, in support of their clients' visual brand communications. They utilise technology to produce solutions designed to help customers improve control over their brand images, achieve consistency across promotional mediums and international markets, reduce lead times and cut overall costs. The company currently seeks to recruit an IT Technical Support Representative. Within the role, you will assume responsibility for the following: Library Support - Working closely with the Sr. Tech Support Representative to maintain and populate client intranet sites - Receiving, advising, fulfilling and delivering high-resolution image/ AW requests via various digital routes whilst ensuring the client SLA is met - Following client account procedures to capture and record information - Pre-flighting AW received to ensure it meets with client’s specifications and liaising with clients/agencies when not - Management of ongoing orders/ issues and population projects - Producing status reports and participating in conference calls where required Helpdesk Support - Assisting the help desk coverage, as directed, for their clients - Escalate support calls as required and follow-up through to completion - Maintain logs of help desk calls - Systems administration on client applications - Document testing results and communicate back to the project manager and/or development group - Producing status reports and participating in conference calls where required The successful candidate will hold the following key skills and competencies: - Knowledge of Digital Media formats and vector / raster applications would be an advantage - Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with a patient manner and the ability to clearly express technical instructions - Team player and a quick learner who can work on their own initiative - Background in help desk support would also be an advantage To apply for this role, please simply send your CV and a covering letter via the button shown.
