| Manage the product life-cycle of part of our winning product portfolio.
Primary Resposibilities Work closely with Head of Product Management, the Development team, Developer Relations (our in-house customer facing technical engineers), worldwide customers, Brand Managers, PR and Sales team. Liaise with the sales force and customers to support current requirements and to detect market trends and opportunities. Co-ordinate the product development cycle with the development team, sales, marketing and PR for maximum sales impact. Development justifications i.e. competitor analysis, customer feedback, future technologies etc. Reviewing customer feedback, actioning and reporting this back to the Development team. Act as day-to-day today technical liaison (product specific) to the Marketing Department. Creating technically focused content for use by brand managers and the PR team. Liaise with the Developer Relations team to design technically focussed programs in order to keep customers abreast of updates and other product news. |
