They are now looking to recruit a Provisioning Administrator. As a Provisioning Administrator, you will play a key role within the company’s Provisioning Team. Working closely with colleagues, you will assist in the delivery of a first rate service to their customers, by provisioning ADSL and Hosting orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. You will also identify customer issues and resolve successfully, whilst complying with all relevant processes and procedures. To succeed as the Provisioning Administrator you will be experienced in a similar position, and you will have an impressive technical understanding of internet products and services. With your excellent communication skills, you will be able to build strong, effective relationships within the team and across the company, and you’ll ensure a customer focused approach at all times. You will also have strong problem solving skills, a good level of PC literacy, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment.
