London, Vauxhall SW8 Up to £20,000 - £27,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) + 20 working days per annum. Increasing by one day per year with the company to a maximum of 25 days per annum 20 days per annum plus + Permanent Health Insurance Our client has established a strong market presence as an integrated services provider of computer networks, telephone systems, internet access and telecommunications carrier services to SMEs within the M25. They are a Microsoft Solution Provider and a Tier 2 ISP. Working in partnership with world-class suppliers, it has achieved an enviable reputation for quality of service amongst its customers. The Telecommunication installation group is responsible for the smooth installation of telecommunications products and services. The group now requires a: Senior Provisioning Administrator. Within the role you will assume accountability for: - DSL order processing - ADSL, SDSL and LLU circuits. - Provision of Private Circuits; obtaining Private Circuit quotes for internal use. - Communicating precise and technical information to end users, IT companies and third parties. - Managing the smooth completion of domain transfers. - End user billing, - Arranging installation appointments for Openreach BT and Easynet engineers. - Data Entry and Filing. - Provision projects as required. The job holder will ideally be an efficient administrator with project management skills. It will be important to have a strong customer focus and preferably you will have experience of working within the telecoms sector being able to assist managers and customers regarding a full range of provisioning products/issues. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a technical administration / PA role, with excellent time management skills. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and have excellent communication skills. Experience of following Standard Operating Procedures and experience of working for an ISP / Communications Provider would also be a great advantage. Finally, the ideal candidate will preferably be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, however, experienced candidates will be considered regardless of educational level.
