Our client is a subsidiary of the largest provider of telecommunications, Internet and mobile services in Japan and one of the world’s largest organisations. They are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager.

The Service Delivery Manager will work within the Service Management Team to ensure operational service levels are achieved, and to ensure the 24/7 operations, services and solutions run smoothly. They will also ensure client expectations are met and managed.

As a Service Delivery Manager, with your ability to understand the industry and competitive market place, you will:

- work as part of a team, managing key accounts
- develop and maintain client relationships - making regular client communication
- develop, implement and analyse reports for clients
- conduct regular service reviews on a monthly/quarterly basis
- present information to clients at Director level
- take ownership of, and resolve accordingly, any problems/issues
- carry out analysis of performance issues with clients
- work closely with Account Managers in retaining clients new business

To succeed as a Service Delivery Manager you will have extensive experience of ITIL - based Service Management in a B2B service environment. With your experience of working in line with Best Practice in complex environments and within tight time constraints, you will be ITIL (foundation) certified.

As the Service Delivery Manager you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Ability to present to all level of clients, internally and externally
- Ability to influence others and negotiate to achieve the desired results
- Drive and energy to achieve desired results
- Management of effective and timely problem resolution in-line with clients
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to adapt and influence in a rapidly changing environment
- Good customer relationship management

You will be an excellent communicator with good prioritisation skills. With your ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner in providing instructions and to listen attentively to others, you will be able to document incidents and write reports.
