| Responsible for the helpdesk team members, ensuring they are meeting the national Service Level Agreement for working on and resolving problems on a timely basis. Providing user support for software problems and updates both via the telephone helpdesk and on site, liaising with software suppliers and internal IT staff to work towards resolutions of reported problems and testing results.
The person will need 2 year experience in a corporate tax compliance role. Although, this is not a software support role. Good team and communication skills are essential. Enthusiasm and an aptitude and interest in IT. You will need to understand how the software reacts to the network, how installers for updates are built by the team. You must beable to work to tight deadline and have a strong character. |
