Recognised by their staff, clients and competitors as an exciting and dynamic organisation, they work with well known brands and companies. They are now looking for an experienced and talented eCommerce Operations Manager / eCommerce Delivery Manager to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for a driven individual who is looking for a new challenge to take their career to the next level. With a role that’s central to the company, as the eCommerce Operations Manager / eCommerce Delivery Manager you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of quality websites and technical web solutions for their clients. As part of the Senior Management Team, your role will involve heading up the delivery of web solutions, which includes web design and development, hosting packages, technical support and online marketing campaigns. This is a client-facing role, so you will be adept at client liaison, hands-on project management, and managing and motivating staff. As the eCommerce Operations Manager / eCommerce Delivery Manager you will provide a strategic outlook and focus on growing the company, and you will manage the project management and hosting teams. You will be involved in reviewing and improving their internal business processes, providing ideas and suggestions for new products and services, solving problems, and directly managing key client projects. To succeed in this position you must have management experience within the eCommerce industry, or proven experience of web design/development project management. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a similar position working for a large organisation. With your good understanding of the whole web project life-cycle - from audience and business analysis and functional documentation, through to wire-framing, web design and software development - you will be enthusiastic and keen to contribute at every step of the process. An effective communicator with superior interpersonal and problem solving skills, you will also need business analysis experience combined with a keen commercial awareness.
