| Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer looking to further exposure to 2nd line support and gain experience within Ebusiness platforms. Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidates' duties will include:
Providing the 1st point of contact for help desk queries Accurate up-dating of the database Attend to fault reports Maintain, develop and support the company intranet Hardware Maintenance and providing procedural documentation as required Providing a high level of customer service to users The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of graphics, web, programming and administration software. They will have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills with advanced Customer Service skills. With experience of Windows XP Desktop configuration, Remote User Support and MAC OS Server being essential, applicants who also have a working knowledge of Citrix, Dreaweaver and LANDesk will be considered favourably The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in design packages such as Adobe Creative Suite and Quark |
