| Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. Reporting to the Team Leader and supporting 75+ users, the successful candidates' duties will include:
Providing 2nd line technical support and cover for colleagues Attending to fault reports and support E-business queries Providing PC System and hardware maintenance as required Contributing to the Apple Mac infrastructure development plan The successful candidate will have an advanced working knowledge of Mac OS 10.3, Mac OS servers and sound support experience coupled with a support knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Quark and Remote Access. With experience of providing 2nd line support to 75+ users and a desire to expand their exposure to back end administration, the successful candidate will also have advanced Microsoft Office *****Professional, Citrix Metaframe Presentation and Windows 2k/2K3 knowledge |
