| Temp to perm position working for a pharmaceutical market research company. This role will be based in a busy IT Support Department and will involve the Purchasing of all hardware, software and consumables, tracking hardware assets and software licenses, liaising with third party compnaies to facilitate the timely replacement and repair of faulty equipmment, process all IT related invoices, manage various licensing agreementsand hardware maintenance contracts, acting as forst point of contact for customers withissues and queries, logging problems and acitivities on the helpdesk system, undertake basic adminstration on the NT and Netware systems, provide cover for the Helpdesk Administrator. |
