| An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to work for one of the world's largest construction companies.
The key areas of responsibilities are helpdesk system management and hardware/software support. Main duties will consist of: Resolution of technical problems. Mainly 2nd line support. General user support and troubleshooting. Software licensing and audit management. Hardware and Software asset management. Technically maintain the helpdesk. PC and laptop OS build management, setup and configuration. Site office setup and relocation. User account management. 1 years experience in a helpdesk role is essential. Other essential requirements are Windows *****/XP, Microsoft Office, Windows *****/ *****service, EDM document management and Citrix client support. The ideal candidate will be very technically minded, patient and with excellent communication skills. |
