| Our client is a is looking for a team orientated, highly organised, assertive and tenacious individual to take on a 2nd line IT support role for a retail organisation.
If you are highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working to tight deadlines and have experience in customer related roles then this role may be the one for you! Duties include: Managing recovery procedures Providing 2nd line support Managing system changes and upgrades Providing back up to various business streams Analysis of system failures or issues A foundation level ITIL certification qualification would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be flexible about working outside of normal office hours occasionally, have customer service experience and will have a sound working knowledge of BS2000, LES infrastructure, CashQuest and FOBT.
