| Heathrow based company is looking for an IT Systems Support Engineer to perform general tasks to aid the on-going support of all IT systems in use throughout the organisation.
Duties include: - Hardware and software support - Business information and analysis - Documentation of new processes and procedures - Completion of daily, weekly and routine operational tasks - Providing guidance and support to other members of the IT team as and when necessary Candidates should have the following systems experience: - High level of Microsoft Access (at least 1 year) - Some UNIX knowledge - General PC & Microsoft applications support / experience - Two years general relative IT experience The candidates should be able to compete all daily, weekly and monthly routine tasks in a timely and efficient manner; should be able to communicate promptly any problems/issues to management; and should be willing to work within a busy team environment. The salary quoted is dependent on the level of experience of the successful applicant. Our client offers an excellent benefits package and progression. First interviews will be held in Holborn. This job is based near Heathrow and candidates should be able to be able to commute easily to the Heathrow area. |
