| Part-Time Helpdesk Analyst - (£16-17k pro-rata) - Ref: BH-PTHAN01
Full-Time - (£16-17.5k per annum) - Ref: BH-FTHA02 Our client currently has urgent opportunities for Customer Service Professionals to work as Helpdesk Analysts. Our client is a fast growing company based in North London with a national presence. You will work on the customer helpdesk supporting staff and customers with using software systems. Full training will be given. This role is for immediate interviews and to start. You must be comfortable speaking to a wide range of people as you will be dealing with users from across the board so your ability to communicate effectively at all levels is imperative. The successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and experience. This is a dedicated inbound telephone role offering an immediate start. Ideally you will have experience providing Helpdesk Support within a medium to large team environment and really enjoy a user facing role. You must be computer literate. Key attributes: Educated to GSCE level or equivalent Self-motivated Good time keeper Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner Able to work in a team to improve processes and service levels Willing to learn with a can-do attitude To apply, please forward your CV with a short covering letter.
