Maintaining 98% uptime on all computer systems Daily Server Maintenance and Operation Daily Backup of all Data Troubleshooting Client Requests in person and over the phone Working on phone system Logging all Server related work Critical Skills Thorough Working Knowledge of: Microsoft *****Operating system (MCSE certification required) Exchange ***** SQL ***** Experience with: Firewalls & VPN's (preferably checkpoint VPN ) Cisco Routers An advantage to have: Knowledge of Linux operating system |
