| Our client, one of the world's biggest retail and catering company based in Heathrow is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist the effective management of new business projects. Your key role is to identify, deliver and manage appropriate change activity and approaches to equip the business successfully manage change to reduce risk and deliver defined business benefits.
The role is a 6 months contract with the possibility of going perm for the right candidate. This is a highly varied role, your responsibilities will include: providing support to the Business Process Manager for all activities; support the co-ordination of the business process owner team to drive issue resolution, process improvement, benefits realisation and business alignment; liaise with Business Managers and HR team to understand and resolve transition issues; facilitate regular end-to-end process review sessions to maintain a cohesive and consistent approach across the business; ensures financial control of all appropriate change budgets; manage projects effectively and within tight timescales. The successful candidate should be able to handle a diverse and challenging workload and to manage projects autonomously. The ideal person is highly organised, a person who naturally takes charge, with a can-do attitude. You must also have fluency in Microsoft packages; excellent numeric skills and must be able to multitask. You must have excellent project and time management skills, and superb communication skills as you will be required to conduct presentations using appropriate presentation styles.
