| My client is looking for a highly motivated, customer service orientated person for an experienced Principal Software Engineer role.
The successful applicant will be experienced in handling high pressure situations, adaptable, highly motivated and computer literate. Duties will include: Software developing Performing technical assessments Providing support to the Engineering Team Continuous improvement of the software process Prepare activity reports Prepare and give presentations If you are experienced in full software lifecycles (embedded systems), understand safety critical embedded software and have a background in one of the following industries - Aerospace, Automotive, Motor, Nuclear, Safety Critical, Defence, Industrial - then this is the role for you! It would be advantageous to have experience in DSP 9TI *****/ *****or the equivalent. It would also be advantageous to be of the DO 178B standard. This role will require a high level of security clearance, therefore candidates MUST have resided in the UK for a minimum of last five years if they are not British citizens. Candidates who are British Citizens MUST have resided in the UK for a minimum of three years. Please note that this is not a Commercial Application Software, Database or Internet Developer role.
