Excellent claims handling is utterly essential to our success. It's all about striking a delicate balance between the needs of policyholders and the demands of third parties. Of course, it's also crucial to minimise cost and avoid bad publicity by carefully scrutinising claims for possible abuse.
As a Claims Advisor you will be the first point of contact for Customers and liaise with third parties, mostly via telephone with some administration duties, keeping them up-to-date and ensure successful resolution of their claims.
Our Claims Advisors (focussing on anything from pets to personal injuries) gain a wide range of experience. To join us, you must be a highly organised team player, demonstrating excellent communication skills and customer focus. If you're successful, you could progress to become a Team Leader or even a Manager. Individuals with specialist knowledge and proven technical experience might become Case or Claims Consultants, or work specifically within Claims Validation.
