My client, a large health organisation, requires an experienced Clinical Contracts Manager. For duties including:
Managing the coordination of final contract documents
Managing sponsor and third party vendor contracts and contractual reviews
Lease with relevant parties regarding sponsor and third party vendors master service agreements
Provide weekly and monthly updates on contractual status
Provide budgetary data of sponsor and third party vendors
Review, preparation and negotiation of letters of intent

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Finance or Business Management (or the equivalent), previous experience in clinical contracting from a CRO or Pharmaceutical company, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and a strong understanding of the clinical process (Phl-IV).
Highly organised and deadline driven applicants must also have strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced negotiation capabilities.
